1. Customer follow up
After our products being used at the working site, we will follow up the using condition regularly, visit the customers if possible, to understand the status of the casting parts running at present stage, such as production capacity, lifetime and problems etc. We will help customer to solve the problems if there is, and offer more technical support. The aftersales department will collect these information and feedback to our R&D department. We believe that the best products should come from the testing of market.
